The basics
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Referralful gives you software to run an affiliate program: tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and preparing payouts through Stripe.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
Billing
Setting up a program is free. Billing starts when your first affiliate joins, and your plan is based on your monthly affiliate payout volume. You can cancel anytime, and your program pauses. We do not charge transaction fees on the commissions you pay affiliates.
Payouts to affiliates
Referralful calculates commissions and prepares payout files. You decide whether to pay and you send the money. The agreement to pay an affiliate is between you and that affiliate, not us.
Acceptable use
Do not use Referralful for fraud, spam, or anything illegal, and do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service as is
We work to keep Referralful accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using Referralful after a change, you accept it. Questions go to support@referralful.com.
