Switching from Rewardful?

Switch from Rewardful in one click

Import your campaigns, affiliates, links, promo codes, unpaid balances, and history. Your affiliates keep the links they already shared, and your recurring commissions keep paying.

What comes over automatically

The whole program, not just a list of names.

Every affiliate, link & token

Each affiliate keeps their original token, so the links they have already shared keep converting the moment your new snippet is live.

Promo codes

Coupon-based affiliates come over too, codes and all.

Unpaid balances

Open commission balances carry over, so nobody loses the money they were already owed.

Full history

Referrals, paid commissions, and payouts are imported with real amounts, so lifetime earnings stay intact.

Recurring commissions

Renewals on existing customers keep paying out automatically, matched through Stripe, no cookie needed.

Campaign rules

Commission rates, cookie windows, and caps map across one to one.

The whole switch is three steps

Step 1

Import your program

Paste your Rewardful API secret in the dashboard. Campaigns, affiliates, links, codes, balances, and history come over in one click. It is safe to re-run.

Step 2

Connect Stripe & install the snippet

Connect Stripe to Referralful and drop in the new script. Keep Rewardful's snippet running for ~90 days so in-flight clicks still convert, then remove it.

Step 3

Invite your affiliates

One click emails every imported affiliate a link to set up their Referralful login with the same email. Their dashboard, links, and balance are waiting.

Your recurring commissions keep paying

Referralful pays on real payments, not a status it has to guess. Every renewal Stripe charges creates the commission. If a customer cancels, Stripe stops charging and the commission simply stops. If a payment is refunded, the commission is reversed. You only ever pay on money you actually kept, and it all keeps working after the switch because every customer is mapped to their affiliate.

Renewal charged
Affiliate gets paid
Customer cancels
Payments stop on their own
Payment refunded
Commission is clawed back

Switching questions

Will my affiliates lose the links they already shared?

No. The import keeps each affiliate's original token, so a link like yoursite.com/?via=jane keeps working the moment you install Referralful's snippet. Nobody has to re-share anything.

Do my affiliates keep the balances they are owed?

Yes. Unpaid commission balances come over with the import, so every affiliate keeps exactly what they had earned but not yet been paid.

How do my affiliates log in to Referralful?

Their account, links, and history are already imported. They set up a login with the same email and they are in. From your dashboard you can send every imported affiliate a one-click invite to do it. Passwords do not transfer between platforms, so they choose a new one.

Do recurring commissions keep paying after I switch?

Yes, and this is the part people worry about most. The import brings each referred customer's Stripe id, so when their next renewal is charged, Referralful credits the right affiliate automatically. It matches by customer, not by a cookie, so recurring commissions continue right through the switch.

How does Referralful know when a customer cancels, so it stops paying?

It follows the money. A commission is created only when Stripe actually charges a renewal. If a customer cancels, Stripe stops charging, so no new commission is created. If a payment is refunded, the matching commission is reversed. You never pay on revenue you did not keep.

Will Stripe still send events to Referralful after I switch?

Yes. When you connect Stripe to Referralful, Stripe starts sending that account's charges, renewals, and refunds to Referralful automatically. A Stripe account can be connected to more than one tool at once, so this does not disturb Rewardful. You can run both during the switch.

What about the 90-day cookie window?

Tracking cookies cannot move between platforms. Anyone who clicked an affiliate link on Rewardful but has not bought yet still has a Rewardful cookie, not a Referralful one. Keep Rewardful's snippet running alongside Referralful's for about 90 days so those in-flight clicks still convert, then remove it. New clicks track in Referralful right away.

Is the import safe if I run it more than once?

Yes. It skips anything it has already brought over, so you can run it again any time without creating duplicates.
